Desirable skills and knowledge:
experience in pharmaceutical business, knowledge of CRM/CDP management, websites product and CJ experience, knowledge of Russian legislation for pharma and personal data management.
Main responsibilities:
- Owning digital projects for HCPs and patients: broader product and activation scope on websites, including CJ and analytics, CRM/CDP management, retention programs via emailing and messengers, chatbots, others, all aligned to the digital strategy of the company.
- Specific focus on CRM/CDP for HCPs scope based on multiple data sources, global and local digital tools: segmentation, planning, activation, single HCP profile implementation.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure coordinated, consistent and aligned omnichannel approach: BU teams, SFE, IT, BI, analysts, medical, legal.
- Support on CLM (visual aid) materials, online webinars.
- Active participation in project groups for cross-company projects, focus on digital HCPs and patients’ initiatives.
- Analytics and reporting for digital activities, assessing against goals (KPIs).
- Having responsibility for budgetary planning and control.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in innovation, customer management, acquisition and retention, marketing technology.
- Partner agencies management.
- Keeping in contact with the company’s global digital team, implementing best global practices, presenting local projects to the global team.
- Taking part in trainings of internal customers, organizing internal digital events.
