Position name: Product Manager/ Senior Product manager

Requirements to a candidate:

  • Education and experience
    • Higher Medical Education or Pharmaceutical education, Marketing education is a plus.
    • Proved successful experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing as Product Manager / Senior Product manager for at least 2-3 years.
    • Strong expertise in Rx promotion; understanding of the cardio market, the full range of customer and stakeholder’s needs as well as issues related to the therapy area is highly preferred.
    • Expertise in omnichannel brand promotion is a plus.
    • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken, upper- intermediate or advanced level).
    • Competent using of Microsoft Office

    • Creativity: readiness to propose, rationalize and implement new ideas and promotional approaches, willingness to challenge status quo

Main responsibilities:

  • Development of Brand promotional strategy of Prestilol, creation and presentation of strategic and tactic brand plans
  • Translation of brand strategy into tactics, omni-channel campaign creation for prescribers’ development, clear and inspiring communication to parties involved
  • Team management (Junior PM and secretary): motivation and development of skills
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration: internally (within the Company in the Affiliate and with Global team) and externally (TAEs and business partners)
  • Monitoring of operational and market performance, management of deviations to achieve maximum sales and margin

Note:

  • Product Manager/ Senior Product Manager is supposed to live in Moscow.
  • Reports directly to Marketing Manager
